Production Supervisor
Mr. Jerome Jankat serves as the Production Supervisor at Mediflex Industries PVT LTD, where he applies his extensive experience in labor management, inventory control, and production processes to ensure the highest standards in quality and efficiency. A 2008 graduate of Political Science from the University of Jos, Jerome launched his career at Bewarang Precision Limited.
There, he initially led as Head of Labor, a role that honed his skills in team coordination and operational oversight. His expertise and commitment led to his promotion to Storekeeper, a position he held from 2013 to 2019, where he developed a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills essential to maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting seamless operations.
Jerome’s commitment to advancing in the medical supplies industry prompted him to undertake a rigorous nine-month training program in medical examination glove production, conducted under the guidance of Mr. Paul Soa, a seasoned expert from Mediflex’s partner company, Brightway, in Malaysia. This specialized training provided him with an in-depth understanding of quality standards, production protocols, and innovative techniques essential for high-quality glove manufacturing.
